Hi folks -
I have an HP MediaServer (can't see model on case).
The main hard drive failed last year, and I finally got around to rebuilding the media server with a new hard drive. I downloaded the 2011 home server and installed it, its running great and I like the new server software (I had the older version I guess).
However, I don't see any settings in the server config for putting the server into sleep mode. I liked a feature with the old client software that I enabled me to leave the server running in sleep mode, and then I could just right click on the client icon in the tray and choose 'wake server' -
How do you do this with Home Server 2011? I don't see any options for this on the server or 'wake server' on the client app.
WHS 2011 - sleep/power save mode for server?

I use this http://www.homeserversoftware.com/ for my WHS-2011 machine and client PC's.. Works really well. Puts the Server in Sleep mode when the Client PC's are Sleeping/or Off. Keep In mind that you will have to trigger a wake command if you want to remote into the server from somewhere else outside your home network. If you have a Windows Phone they have an App that wakes the Server, or puts it back to sleep, Reboots or powers it off as well, more info here: http://windowsphone.homeserversoftware.com/

Here's another vote for the Lights-Out Add-in for WHS 2011. Excellent product, excellent support.
