How do I get WHS 2011 to stream network shares?

Simply put, there has to be a way to make the data physically look like it is there on the server so you can stream it on RA. Or access documents while I'm away from home.

I have tried junctions and dfs to no avail. I do have a SAN Server, but that can't make an iSCSI drive out of a physical disk. So, I am left with no solutions and am going to ask you all how to make software do what it wasn't supposed to do. Lol.

I don't want to move all the movies I have to the whs server to just serve back to the media center. I don't have cat6 running through my house so it's not an option.

Also, the whs server is running on a hyper-v guest. I want to use the features but not have a dedicated machine.
